CGEE (hereinafter referred to as CGEE) recently participated in Semicon China, showcasing crystal ingots grown using its SET series sapphire single crystal furnaces.
SEMICON China 2016 was held from March 15th to 17th, 2016 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. CGEE made a grand appearance, showcasing crystals produced by its sapphire crystal growth equipment.
CGEE's core technological achievements stem from the technical accumulation of its wholly-owned US R&D center, LP Renewable, and its domestic R&D team. This time, JCGEE's sapphire crystal growth furnace (SET series) attracted the attention of many customers with its internationally and domestically leading process technology and high-quality large-kilogram crystals. Customers visited the booth one after another, and many of them consulted and exchanged ideas.
At this exhibition, CGEE showcased its ability to stably produce three sapphire crystals and a 170kg experimentally grown crystal. The large size, high repeatability, low bubble count, and high transparency of the crystals provided customers with a direct impression and garnered unanimous high praise. Many customers expressed great interest on the spot and inquired in detail.
