August 2, 2022 On [Date], Nanjing City released the “2022…” “Nanjing Unicorn and Gazelle Enterprise List” – CGEE. (referred to as “CGEE”) has once again been successfully selected as a “Cultivated Unicorn Enterprise.” This marks the company’s second consecutive year receiving this prestigious honor since its inclusion in 2021, serving as a strong endorsement of CGEE’s technological innovation capabilities and product leadership.

The robust market demand has brought development opportunities to local semiconductor equipment companies.
CGEE remains committed to its mission of becoming a leader in China’s semiconductor crystal growth equipment sector. The company focuses its business on two semiconductor materials: silicon and silicon carbide. Silicon is used in two primary applications: first, in the photovoltaic industry, and second, in the large silicon wafer segment of the integrated circuit industry. In the photovoltaic sector, leveraging our technological strengths in semiconductor equipment, we have successfully developed fully automated production systems and smoothly entered the ranks of China’s leading photovoltaic silicon wafer manufacturers. As for large silicon wafer equipment for integrated circuits, we are proud to have achieved 12… The large-scale production of inch‑size semiconductor silicon wafers and the localization process represent China’s first domestically produced 12‑inch… a company specializing in semiconductor-grade single-crystal silicon furnaces. Also in 2018, recognizing the robust demand for silicon carbide materials in the new energy vehicle and 5G communications markets, the company proactively invested in silicon carbide single-crystal furnaces. Its products can meet the technical requirements for 4–8 inch conductive and semi‑insulating silicon carbide substrates, and are now being supplied in bulk to several leading domestic enterprises.
