Being selected as a provincial-level Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative Enterprise this time is a testament to the company’s phased achievements in multiple key areas, including economic performance, level of specialization, innovative capacity, and operational management. Since its establishment, the company has focused on R&D in its core business domain, conducting technical research, process development, and equipment manufacturing for large‑size semiconductor-grade single-crystal growth equipment and third‑generation semiconductor material silicon carbide single-crystal growth equipment. In 2016, the company completed the development of China’s first 12‑inch silicon single-crystal furnace prototype, becoming the only domestic enterprise capable of producing semiconductor‑grade 12… A supplier of crystal growth equipment for the commercial mass production of silicon wafers.
