CGEE has completed the GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 certification for its sapphire single-crystal furnaces.

CGEE has completed the certification of its quality management system for sapphire single-crystal furnaces and obtained the Quality Management System Certification Certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment on October 15, 2013. Its quality management system complies with GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008; the scope of certification covers the design, production, and service of sapphire crystal growth equipment.

The sapphire crystal growth equipment under the CGEE brand has obtained 6 patents.

Through two years of joint R&D with LP Renewable Energy, LLC in the United States, CGEE has successfully completed research on core technologies including thermal field temperature gradient control for sapphire single-crystal furnaces, energy‑efficient and reliable insulation systems, high‑vacuum reliability design, seed crystal weighing systems, and automated crystal growth control. Having conducted all necessary tests, the company has now jointly developed a highly efficient, energy‑saving sapphire single‑crystal furnace. Currently, CGEE’s sapphire single‑crystal furnace boasts 6 patents; 4 invention patent applications are pending; and 2 software programs have been independently developed. The overall product performance has reached an internationally advanced level, and the stability of its process capabilities has surpassed that of comparable foreign products.
