Recently, the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology released the public list of evaluated innovative products for Nanjing in 2022 (First Batch). The 6‑inch silicon carbide single-crystal growth furnace from CGEEVnt and the 12‑inch semiconductor-grade monocrystalline silicon furnace from NAST Semiconductor (a subsidiary of CGEE) were successfully included on this list, thanks to their leading technological innovations and outstanding market performance.
